Jin Lee, MD
Dr. Jin Lee obtained Medical Degree from Louisiana State University Medical Center and moved to Las Vegas in 1994 to do her residency program in family medicine. Following completion of her training, Dr. Lee worked for UMC and then for a private practice until the summer of 2006. She opened her Renew Medical Spa in November of 2006. Opening of Renew Medical Spa was the end result of Dr. Lee’s quest to improve her own skin conditions. After series of procedures over number of years to correct her skin imperfections, Dr. Lee began searching for better ways to repair, to rejuvenate and to protect and maintain skin health.
With innovative technologies in laser cosmetic procedures and medical grade skin care products, Dr. Lee is excited to offer services and procedures that have been successful for her skin to help you. Dr. Jin Lee has hired a team of experts that she feels meets the high standards that she holds herself to. After numerous interviews, Dr. Lee has chosen Tiffany Andersen, Maggie Morales,Tony Andersen, and Marylynn Webber to aid her in offering the most advanced medical skin care procedures and cutting edge health services.
Dr. Lee's philosophy and vision for Renew Medical Spa was to hire a team of experts that she can rely on without the constant overseeing that typical medical offices require. Dr. Lee's Independent Practitioners are highly motivated, with advanced education, and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to ensure each and every patient receives the best possible care. While Dr. Lee is always available for any questions and concerns, she is confident that her team members are highly qualified to handle any issues that may arise. Dr. Lee feels each and every one of her team members meets the high standards she herself adheres to and continues to encourage her team members to excel to the best of their abilities. Tiffany Andersen, HHP, LME, SMP
Tiffany Andersen has over 20 years of esthetic experience and holds California and National Esthetic Licenses. She earned her post graduate certifications through The American Institute of Esthetics (AIE) in Orange County, CA specializing in Skin Analysis, Advanced Chemical Peeling, Advanced Anti-Aging Techniques, Advanced Acne Treatments, and Rejuvenation Therapy. Tiffany is also a graduate from the Rayner Institute, a Board-Certified Education Provider training facility. She completed a rigorous course curriculum earning top percentile scores. As a graduate of the Dermatological Skin Care Program through The Rayner Institute. Tiffany holds the distinction of a “Certified Esthetic Clinician”. She is the former owner and operator of “Chateau la Beaute” day spa in California..
Maggie Morales, LME, CMT
Maggie Morales is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician who has more than 16 years of result driven, detail oriented experience in medical aesthetics. Maggie is a lifelong Las Vegas resident who understands the concerns and skin care needs of its residents.
She entered the medical field after high school when she began working for a dermatologist and that's where her passion for skin and its care began. She expanded her knowledge by working for different dermatologist across the US and her interest in skincare grew with it. With a true passion for helping people with their skin care needs, she continues to enhance her aesthetic knowledge by networking with colleagues and attending conferences and seminars. Always knowing what's new in the aesthetic industry is very important to her since she likes to offer the best treatments to her clients. She combines her experience with product and procedure knowledge to provide her clients with the results they desire.
She feels like she is not only providing a service but helping her patients feel better about themselves. She wants to be that professional individual that will keep on making little differences in their lives. That's why she does everything possible to make their experience with her an unforgettable one.
Tony Andersen, PhD, CES, PES
Tony Andersen has over 24 years of professional experience in the health and wellness industry. He has received a Bachelor of Science in Health Business Administration and a PhD in Holistic Health and Wellness with an emphasis on Naturopathic Science Nutrition. Tony is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist. Tony is a Certified Clinical Nutrition Response Practitioner through the most prestigious of all Nutrition Response Testing clinics - Ulan Nutritional Systems. Tony has earned his degrees from Cabrillo College, Chico State University, University of Bridgeport, and Kingdom College of Natural Health.
Tony is also a Certified Bio-Meridian and NanoSRT Technician. Tony is an experienced writer and has written for several health publications. He has written for “Element Fitness” magazine as a health and wellness expert. Element Fitness caters to the “Elite Athlete” with an emphasis on MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). It features world champions on the cover such as Randy Couture, Frank Mir, and Wanderlei Silva, and is the leading fitness magazine in the Las Vegas area.
Tony is also the CFO of The Natural Zone, an online health and wellness store. Tony has trained many people from many different occupations. His endeavor began in the 1980’s in Santa Cruz, CA where he trained and coached athletes from different sport disciplines such as football, baseball, basketball, volleyball, and surfing.
Marylynn Webber, CPMA
Marylynn Webber has been a licensed cosmologist for 30 years. Specializing in color and hilites and excelling in continued education drawing and art made it and easy transition into the permanent make up field. An expert at hair color, facial shapes, Marylynn has a natural eye for balance and enhancing your features. Marylynn will enhance your beauty in the most natural way possible, using natural looking shades for eyebrows, eyeliner and lips enhancement. Marylynn gives a 100% for her clients, using topical varied numbing creams to ensure make up procedures are as comfortable as possible. Marylynn has been with renew medical for nearly four years specializing in permanent make-up and also works for the Body Spa doing advanced hair procedures.
